It has a private patio facing the water and the beach is as sandy as you can hope for, perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Comes turn key, fully furnished (beds, couches, tables, chairs, TVs, linens, etc), gas fireplace, well appointed kitchen complete with appliances, silverware, pots & pans, etc, and it has its own washer/dryer. The purchase price is a one time fee which guarantees week 28 every year (exact dates change slightly each year) for as long as you own the unit, pay the monthly HOA fee ($51), annual property taxes ($453) and cleaning fee ($210 at the end of the week). The HOA fee covers gas, electric, cable TV, WIFI, water, sewer, trash removal, snow removal, building insurance, content & liability insurance, outside and inside maintenance.
